The managing directors Dörthe Stamm, Meinolf Meise and Alexander Tölle have completely disengaged from the former parent company AUCTUS Capital Partners AG, which has held the majority share in HOBATEX GmbH as an investor community over the past 10 years.

2016: PEFC certification
HOBATEX was PEFC certified successfully in 2016. PEFC assures that wood and paper materials come from sustainable farmed forests. PEFC is the biggest institution guaranteering and merchandising sustainable forest cultivation through an independent certification system
2015: New website
HOBATEX GmbH Industrial Partners puts online the future oriented customer focus and presents its new website.
2014: Profiline saw
In December 2014 the storage relocation from Bad Salzuflen to Steinheim is done.
With the new Holzma HPL 400 Profiline saw in Steinheim, HOBATEX GmbH Industrial Partners extends the offering of large scale board pre-cuts up to 5600 x 2070 mm.
By now, 40 employees are working for HOBATEX GmbH Industrial Partners and its customers.
